My origin story

I learned early that security is about people first.

I have spent more than 25 years in technology and 20 years in information security, helping people make better decisions when the cost of being unclear is high.

My work has taken me through NATO, government agencies across the United States, Europe, and Asia, and global commercial organizations. I have designed and implemented security operations centers, incident response teams, consulting programs, and regulatory compliance and ISO audits across continents.

Today, as President of Stealth-ISS Group and an advisor to cybersecurity technology and services companies, I lead work across NIST 800-171 and CMMC readiness, security operations, risk, compliance, professional services, managed security, and cyber incident response.

I do this because the strongest security program is not the one with the most fear around it. It is the one people understand well enough to use.

What I stand for

Cybersecurity is not separate from reputation, growth, safety, or responsibility. It is part of how all of them work.

The goal is not dependence on me. The goal is a team with the language, muscle, and confidence to keep going.

CMMC and NIST readiness

One of the first 25 people worldwide officially trained toward the CMMC Provisional Assessor path, with Stealth-ISS as a C3PAO candidate company.

I write and speak about the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, GRC, ethics, resilience, and responsible technology.

My strongest statement

Security is how we keep our word.

I believe the future belongs to leaders who can hold two truths at once: technology should move boldly, and trust should be designed into every step. That is the work I want to keep doing.
